Effective September 7, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Please Paulo Stop Cappin, operated by SELORA ECOM LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this site.

Products, prices and availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct genuine pricing, stock or description errors before accepting an order. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed through secure Stripe Checkout. Payment methods available to you are displayed there. An order is submitted when Stripe confirms payment, but we may cancel and promptly refund an order for a stock error, material pricing error, suspected fraud or a destination we cannot serve. You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

Shipping

Eligible destinations and any shipping charge are shown before payment. Unless a shorter dispatch period is clearly stated, we expect to ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the stated or applicable shipping time, we will offer the delay or cancellation options required by law. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned under our Refund & Return Policy. Mandatory consumer rights available where you live are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in violation of applicable law. Store content, photography, branding and design are protected to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their habitual residence.
